South West London Mental Health Crisis Line: New Number

From 1 October 2026 the new crisis number for South West London and St George’s Mental Health NHS Trust is 111 – please select the mental health option.

Mental health calls to NHS 111 will continue to be answered by mental health professionals, providing high-quality local support and response 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including for children and young people.

By bringing services together under one nationally recognised NHS number, the change will make it easier for people to know where to turn in a crisis while continuing to provide access to local specialist mental health teams.

The change is part of a national NHS programme to improve access to urgent mental health support and ensure parity between mental and physical healthcare services.
